Kim and Cascade Vehicle Shipping are outstanding. My shipment wasn't an easy one for them. They had a tough time getting a carrier to go into the small town in Rhode Island where my car sat, and ended up paying more for that carrier than I think they planned on. I couldn't believe it when Kim called an said they were going to take the extra cost out of their profit and it wouldnt' cost me anything additional. The vehicle pickup went relatively well but the delivery turned into a real fiasco. The carrier used, Diesel Auto Express, ran into some problems when they got out to Washington State and told me they coudn't deliver my car to my home as promised, and that I'd have to meet them in Seattle in a parking lot. This was a friday night and it was already dark. I told them that that wasn't acceptable and that I was going to call Kim to get this straightened out. The truck dispatcher told me that I didn't need to talk to Kim about this and that I just needed to deal with him directly. He told me the truck was headed back east and that if I wanted my car I needed to go to Seattle to pick it up. I immediately called Kim and she took care of it. The next day, my car arrived on a flatbed tow truck from a local towing outfit. Aside from having about 30 unexplained extra miles on it, the car was in perfect shape. I was so glad that I used an organization that stuck with me until the car was delivered instead of just lining up the shipment and calling it done.
