I had a great experience using this company. Jeff Newell was my [main] rep and he explained all the particulars, and was extremely patient when I had a memory lapse and/or had more questions.
They also had someone follow up before and after pickup. I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism and customer service demonstrated by all parties that I dealt with. I contacted multiple companies, but selected Cascade because of Jeff and the company’s customer service culture.
My car got picked up when I was told it was going to and it was dropped off a day earlier than expected without incident.
I would definitely use this company again.
