I called a different company who promised super service and delivered nothing. I cancelled the contract and called Cascade. From the very first contact with Kim, I knew I had found the right company to do the job. She was patient, knowledgeable and informative. She told me what to expect and then delivered exactly what was promised. The pickup was smooth and professional; the delivery was early and the car and contents arrived in perfect condition. I could not ask for better service. When it's time for the car to come back from Utah, I will definitely use Cascade -
