The response was almost too good. Cascade (Debbie) actually found a driver before I had completed the purchase! Even though we were unable to use the initial driver, Debbie had another one lined up that picked up my new car purchase the same day the transaction was finalized. Debbie constantly kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful in when and how we should handle everything regarding the pickup. Debbie even noticed that another company had put placed my pickup on the board without my permission or knowledge (I had not even spoken with that company) and advised me of how to handle clearing that up. The price from Cascade was $75 more than originally quoted (driver wanted a little more), but the total was still less than what most other companies were quoting.

I would definitely use Cascade again and recommend them if someone needed same service. Thanks Cascade!
