Cascade was easy to deal with and always responsive. After the first carrier cancelled out on my pickup, they quickly lined up another carrier. The car arrived in Portland OR in 3 days from upstate NY although it was expected to be 7-10 days. I was thrilled to have it so quickly and at just about the time it would've arrived with the first scheduled carrier. I scheduled my pickup during the holiday season which caused some of the delay and my home is about 20 miles from the nearest interstate highway - all of which resulted in an additional $200 over the originally quoted price. I learned a lot about the car transport business through this experience, and would not hesitate to do it again through Cascade. You just have to be prepared to deal with some uncertainty with the scheduling process but this applies to all transport businesses that work with independent carriers.
