I ship my car fairly frequently, as I live on both coasts. To be honest, I find the person you deal with at a given brokerage to be very important. Malia is great. I have worked with her serveral times, including when she worked at a different brockerage. I had a great experience. The car was both picked up and delivered early. On delivery, they even worked with me to get it to me early in the day to accomodate a doctor's appointment I had. I would definitely use Cascade again and recommend asking for Malia.
