I tried seven or eight other companies but not one of them could guarantee me that my vehicle would be delivered when I needed it to be. That is until I spoke with Don Edwards at Cascade Vehicle Transport. While the price of my transport ended up being $840 after only a quote of $660. which was a bit disappointing, Don's over all help didn't stop. The day before pick up Don called to make sure I had heard from the driver for a pick up time window and when I told him NO.. he was on the phone and I received a call with in 10 minutes. Some bummers would be I had to meet the driver at a local Walmart parking lot because they refused to come into a residential area. When I called Don he again was on the phone with them and found that this was normal in some areas where there was a possible chance they could get stuck. I had the same issue upon delivery. My mother who was receiving the car had to drive several blocks away to pick up the car so the door to door service isn't exactly a correct description. The car arrived very dirty but in tact and on time. Thank you Don for the follow up and continued contact from door to door!
