I'm sorry that you feel our service was not where it should have been. We had a few carriers call in, you declined them, then finally agreed to a carrier, the vehicle was picked up and delivered with in the estimate dates they had specified. Never was there a promise of a call 24 hours before pick up or delivery. The carrier does call to make contact for pick up and delivery as does Cascade.
As for me being unavailable, I do apologize for that, sometimes I do get pulled away for meetings, but I do have a staff in the office during all business hours who did help you if there was an issue, and I always returned emails promptly. Again I'm sorry that you feel we did not provide you with 5 star service.
