Like anyone else who has a lot on their plate, it's always so wonderful to encounter someone who is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to help them knock off a couple of tasks on their endless list of To Dos. Malia was my savior! She was courteous and professional, and went above and beyond to help me schedule a car transport form MA to MO. She was reachable every time I had a question (unlike other companies). I had called another company prior to Cascade, and Malia even offered to match the other company's quote. Awesome. I am so grateful I found Cascade...and that Malia answered the call!
