I had never shipped a vechicle anyway before and was very leary of being able to trust the vechicle to just anyone. Working and talking with Debbie made the decision to use Cascade easy. She explained ever step of the process. Even the way that they screen and only use reliable carriers.

Once the carrier was identified, we were given the drivers contact information for us to coordinate the best time for them to pick up the vehicle. The driver was willing to pick up the vechicle after normal business hours which made it very convenient to delivery the vechicle to them.

The driver was very nice and polite. They inspected the vehicle for any dents or damage and filled out a report in case anything would happen during the transport. They let us know an approximate day that the vehicle would make it to Washington state. It was easy to trust them with the vehicle.

Debbie kept us informed the whole time before and after the pickup. She was very nice and really helped us make the decision to use Casade. I would use Casacade again and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.
