From the moment that we've contacted Cascade, their customer service has been great! Malia has been extremely helpful with the entire process while scheduling the pickup of our vehicle, and answering all of our questions regarding the process. Although we've only reached the point of the truck being scheduled for the pick up, we feel like our it's in excellent hands after the services that we've already received. It makes waiting for the truck to arrive, less stressful.
