I had already endured two weeks of misleading information by two other carriers. One kept telling me that I would hear from them in a day or so and then after a week passed, I called and they would either not answer or tell me they'd call me right back in a few minutes and I'd never hear from them. I called another carrier after waiting 2 weeks, who said the reason is the first people were brokers but he wasn't a broker. When he sent me his contract it said right there that they were brokers too!

I was sick of the run around and thought I'd call the people who originally moved cars for me years ago when I moved from the west coast to the east coast.

Malia was upfront about how much it would cost and that she would post it immediately. About 6 hrs later, she called and said someone would be by the next day to pick up the car. I was amazed! This was the way business was supposed to be. Efficient, friendly with a feeling of professionalism.

I was so impressed by Malia that I am currently setting up another move for December for my daughter from East Coast to West Coast. Believe me, you won't go wrong with Malia and Cascade!
