Outstanding customer service began with my initial Web contact. A written quote for transporting the vehicle was sent to me via email within hours, and a follow-up phone call to verify the numbers was received within 24 hours. Christine answered all my questions and we were able to schedule a pick-up date for our client's vehicle transport. Two days later the car left VA and was on its way to CA. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I hope we have more opportunities to transport more cars; I will call Cascade Vehicle Shipping again!
