Malia was fantastic in helping us out of a bind when our transport company told us at the last minute they couldn't arrange for our auto transportation for our relocation to California. I read many reviews about Cascade and decided to give them a try. Malia was informative about the process and understanding about our situation. In less than 24 hours, she found a company to take our vehicles. The company arrived about 12 hours early and arrived in California earlier than expected, but arranged safe storage and easy pickup for the autos.

Malia's customer services is top notch. She called and e-mailed every step of the way and followed up to make sure we received our autos on time and without damage. If you ever need auto transportation, I recommend giving Malia a call. Her knowledge can't be beat.
