This is my 2nd time using Cascade Auto Shipping. Again, I was very pleased with the service. Of all the placed I called, Cascade was the cheapest by around $50-$100. I got the usual good customer service that was prompt and actually got to talk to a real person instead of being bounced around and having to wait whilst speaking to a machine. This time around, I was pleasantly surprised by 2 things. Firstly, my shipment came a whopping 2 days early, arriving on the weekend instead of a Monday which made things significantly more convenient. Secondly, my car was shipped in a closed container. Whilst I ordered an open container because it is usually cheaper, it came in a closed container for which my car came cleaner than I expected.

Finding a reliable broker in this business is very difficult. In this case, I was continually kept in touch with the transaction of my car shipping and had no questions about what was going on with my order. There is no reason I would change companies when I am satisfied. As a result, Cascade Auto Shipping has a life customer with me.
