My pick up driver was on time and found my home with no issue. I have had issues with others finding my home in the past.

The drop off driver called three days ahead of schedule to let me know that my car would be ready early. He called several times on pick up day to let me know his approximate time and let me know he would be delayed an hour.

The car was in great shape and took only a few minutes to unload and we were all done.

I have had friends whose cars took weeks for a cross country trip.
