Thank you to Cascade for getting my vehicle from SC to NV for my move. I was contacted promptly by Don and he answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. At the end of the conversation I knew exactly what to expect, which I appreicated. I had a small window of about 4 days to get my car picked up between ending my last job and my flight to my new state and Don made sure it was picked up in that time frame. My car did get here about 3 days later than expected originally but that was due to the driver having a problem with the truck, not Cascades fault. I was very happy with the customer service I recieved from Cascade and especially from Don during the whole process, he contacted me before during and after to make sure all had went well. Thank you very much for making my move that much easier and will def use again if I need auto transport in the future.
