Kimberly was great! Every step of the way, she always had the answer for me or found out right away. She was extremely helpful in trying to help me get my F-150 sooner since I was shipping from Hawaii all the way to Connecticut, and vessels only leave at certain times from Honolulu. It even arrived a few days earlier than promised since it was able to get on a vessel sooner than anticipated. My truck was a little dirty, but not bad considering it went clear across the country in an open carrier. I would definitely use Cascade again if the need comes up! Thanks Kimberly!
