Overall, I am satisfied witht service. I got a pretty good price and my car arrived a couple days earlier then expected. What frustrated me is... I did state a few times it was my first time shipping a vehicle and I felt I needed to ask multiple questions to figure out what the steps were for shipping. Customer service for first time shippers could be improved at cascade. My car was in the same condition as I left it and I am grateful for that. Hawaii is much nicer with my vehicle!! Thanks!
