I appreciated their expertese and enthusiasm in helping us with this transport.
I wished for a little better communication as email updates should have been easy.
We understand there are multiple people involved.
I guess we are a little spoiled by UPS online tracking for packages.
Seems like car transport might be able to learn a tip or two.
Pick up was easy and smooth, drop off delayed.
Alex was delightful once I saw him and my car!

We thought it best to deal w a Washington State company since we live in Washington.
Other companies were very eager for our business.
Stories we head have similar results.

I wish it would have happened sooner for you. Unfortunately having the carriers phone number and ours is the same as UPS. Hopefully technology will catch up some day.
