My continued use of Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc.

I have used 5 different trucking companies in the last 7 years, however, Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. is the only company that I have used more than once. I also sent my Infiniti to Portland, OR from Pittsburgh, PA in 2009 using Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. with very good results.
So, this time I tried Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. again and I couldn't be happier. I asked for a quote and I immediately received a phone call from Malia with a reasonable quote. First, she offered a $30 rebate for me being a repeat customer and then she told me if I had a little time that she could try to get me a lower quote. The original quote she gave me was $1017 after my rebate, but she said we could try something lower and see if we can't get a hit. She took another $100 off and said we could see if any trucking company was interested, and if they weren't, we could up the quote again next week. They called back within an hour, accepted my quote of only $917 and would be picking up my car in 3-6 days. On pick-up day, which was originally only 3 days from the first time I spoke to Cascade, I talked to Malia about the delivery and she made a 3 way call to speak to the driver. The driver said he would be there in the evening, but he didn't call or arrive. Fortunately Malia was there to help me with the driver's irresponsibility. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. called me that night and the following day to again get the driver on schedule and we were able to set up a time early the next morning. Everything else went smooth and from the time I called for the original quote til I received my car was less than 10 days across country.
Malia, from Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. was very pleasant, kind, and helpful and made the shipping of the car the easiest part of transferring my car; registration, insurance, and title from one state to another included. She was always available to speak to me, answer any questions, and she was responsible for the original price being cheaper than any of the other carriers I searched. I could not be happier with Cascade's service and professionalism. They really made me feel that I was their only customer and my happiness mattered.
