We were planning to move to Hawaii. Our daughter went ahead of us, so we shipped her car to her. Kimberly @ Cascade was great! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, as we had no experience with this sort of thing. It turns out that our plans changed, our daughter came back to Tennessee to finish college, and we knew exactly who to call to get her car back. If our first experience was great, the second was only better! I had nothing more to do than pick up the phone and ask for Kimberly :) My daughter's car was here before expected! We had a wonderful experience with Cascade, and I would highly recommend them!
