This was a pretty straight forward transaction. I asked for a quote via the web. James called right away and explained my options and quoted a price. He also told me that a trucking company might request a higher price than quoted but that I would always have the option of holding out for a truck to take the car at the quoted price. The first truck to make an offer asked for an additional $300.00. Since the quoted price seemed low, I took the offer and paid the difference. There was no surprise here since James had told me it might go this way when we first talked. The car was picked up on the estimated day and delivered a day sooner than estimated. There was absolutely no hassle with the trucker when the car was delivered. I indicated on the review form that the car was dirty when delivered. I did not consider this to be a problem, I was just glad to get the car.
