Richard was very easy to work with. We had problems with another shipping company and Richard helped us straighten out shipping needs. Even though it was difficult to find a trucker to bring our car all the way to northern Minnesota, Richard was persistent and called us on a regular basis to let us know the status of our request. The trucker was awesome! We received good feedback from the person who was at the pick up site and the trucker drove from California all the way to Northern Minnesota in just a couple of days. He was easy going and great to deal with. We would definitely use Richard again.
