I needed to ship my daughter's Honda Civic from Rochester NY to Monterey CA. Of course I researched the heck out of this and initially hired Magic Carpet as my operator to ship the car. Five days before they were going to pick up the car they called and said "we are raising the fee to ship your car because of a storm which had hit the east coast a few days before." I asked what a storm a few days ago had to do with shipping my car NOW and she said "well the carrier is asking for more". HUH?? That was unacceptable to me and just plain thievery so I called Cascade.

Malia could not have been more professional. She explained all of the charges up front and was very courteous. Great customer service!
When the drivers showed up on the expected day, they were very nice and very proud of their huge transport truck. I requested that the car be put on the top, which they were able to arrange for the next day. The car arrived a bit EARLY and my daughter is thrilled.

i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MALIA AT CASCADE TO SHIP YOUR CAR!
