Overall, this is a good car transport company. It took 18 days for my car to ship from Colorado to Hawaii, which was pretty quick. Pick up and delivery dates were estimated dates and ended up actually being a day or two later than expected. I found the the customer service was okay. I appreciated that they were quick about getting back to me whenever I emailed or called with questions; however, I did not feel that they were as proactive as they could have been about getting me the information in the first place. I felt the information provided was more piecemeal than complete (i.e. what papers were needed to ship my car, where to pick up my car, the company's contact number and hours of operation). I felt I had to do a lot of follow-up and calling on my own (to the trucking company and to Matson), rather than the company having all the information ready for me. But the customer service representative was pleasant whenever I spoke with her or emailed. The actual pick up of the car - from my home in Colorado - to the pick up of the car at the dock in Hawaii - went smoothly. Price was reasonable. Car arrived in good condition - a little bit dirty on the outside due to being transported in an open carrier - but nothing a car wash wouldn't take care of. I would use this company again.
