Cascade was great in finding a carrier which was US Cargo. There was, at times, a lack of communication with the driver but Diane got right on that. I found that giving your cell phone number as a contact enables you to have the driver's cell number when he calls you, then you can contact him during transit. With the truck breaking down in MO, there was hardly any time loss with delivery which showed me that they really hussled to make my time frame. Having this service door to door is so fantastic and for the price I just couldn't be happier.
