Cascade Shipping did a great job organizing the pickup and delivery of my vehicle, as well as checking in on the process. I worked with Steve and he seemed very on top of things. When my vehicle had been scheduled for pickup (I opted for the economy delivery), he called to check in with me and see if a driver had contacted me. I was a little surprised when after a week into the process (waiting for my car to be picked up) I was asked to pay an additional $95 than what I was originally quoted, but I had heard that this typically happens with many companies. My car arrived WAY earlier than expected and in good condition (and fairly clean!). Thanks Cascade!
