First time auto shipment and everything turned out just fine. My vehicle was shipped from Georgia to California. Richard was honest, knowledgeable, and explained all aspects of what to expect. He advised to raise the rate up slightly to get the vehicle picked up. There were other companies with quotes that were $200 plus higher so I didn’t mind raising up slightly for promptly getting a hauler to agree to take it. The hauler themselves had a truck issue that delayed it by 3 days, but they advised as to what was going on, and maintained contact thru delivery. I was pleased with the entire transaction, and will call Cascade again when I ship my Honda Accord back to Georgia from California.
