I was very satisfied by the promptness and general attentiveness of Richard my primary contact person. Emails and phone calls were quickly returned and questions were answered to the best of his ability. At no point was I frustrated with his attention and consideration. This is by far the most rewarding part of dealing with Cascade. That being said, I only had one concern when deciding to ship my vehicle based on reviews from other customers from all companies, and that was that my vehicle would be driven some portion of the distance rather than carried. This was after all the entire purpose of shipping the vehicle as opposed to driving it. I was unable to be there when the vehicle was picked up and it had already been picked up when my wife informed me that they drove it away instead of loading it. She also failed to note the mileage, which is not part of the mutual inspection that takes place. Again, all that being said, when I received the vehicle it had 14 miles of gas remaining, but my wife did explain that the low fuel light had just come on when she turned it over, so I am estimating around 30 miles. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying. Again, part of this is my own fault and potentially the driver’s depending on actual mileage. I do not blame Cascade for any of this. The vehicle was picked up the day it was supposed to be and was delivered about a day or two early. I noted that the vehicle was very dirty when received but again , my wife says it was “a little dirty” when she loaded it, so who knows. Overall , very satisfied with Cascade, suspect of the driver.
