Kimberly was very helpful, but due to my work schedule and later time differences (and internet issues) it was difficult for us to communicate. She found me a carrier extremely quickly and was knowledgeable about the entire process, getting my car to Long Beach well in time for delivery to Honolulu. I only wished there was more contact from her or the shippers once my vehicle arrived somewhere and was ready to depart. I basically learned through Matson's website when my vehicle was ready for pickup rather than receiving word from others. My car also had some minor damage that Matson will be taking care of (they have a claims process). Overall, I had a good experience. I would still use Cascade for my future shipping needs given their knowledge of the process and quickness in delivery. Thank you for your help!
