I chose Cascade, because I had used them about 3 years ago, moving my Collector Cadillac from Arizona to Wisconsin. This time, we were returning to Arizona from Wisconsin and there was NO DOUBT in my mind that I would go with Cascade once again. Each time, I was very pleased and Kimberly always went above and beyond in customer service. I belong to the Cadillac-LaSalle Club and would recommend Cascade without hesitation to anyone else that needed to ship a vehicle. The drivers were always professional and courteous, and careful with my vehicle. Cascade also gave me a "returning customer discount" the second time. I could always call with questions and be treated in a professional and friendly manner. Kimberly always kept me up to date on each step of the process. I have been very pleased with my experiences with Cascade. They gave me peace of mind. Making a cross-country move is stressful enough, but I didn't have to worry about the safety of my vehicle and I didn't have to worry about driving it the long distance either. This was defintiely the safest, hassle-free way to go!
