I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping in desperate straights. I had been left hanging by another top rated shipping company. After three weeks, my contact at this company was still unable to commit to having my new car, a small SUV, picked up and delivered when it was required. My experience with Cascade could not have been more different. I worked with Thomas Swan, and within three days, he had identified a driver to pick up my car. The communication was beyond excellent- it was extraordinary. My calls and/or e-mails were answered immediately, and Thomas e-mailed me daily to let me know how the search was proceeding. I was also called by other individuals at Cascade to make sure the driver had contacted me, again when he picked up the car, and a final time when the car was delivered.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everyone was thoroughly professional, the follow-up was exceptional, and most important, the car arrived exactly when the driver said it would, in perfect condition.
