Overall I was happy with the result of this business transaction. I did not care for the hook me with one price then reaise it 25% a few days later. But I liked Don and wanted to get my vehicle back where I was. Mine was a challenging vehicle - a full size chevy 4 door truck with canopy, and it came in fine with one exception. That exceptio was that the drivers manually collapsed the driver side mirror - and my truck has electric mirrors. As I started to drive home my mirrors was wavering in the wind and I was not a happy camper.
Thankfully GM has anticipated this mistake and when I used the electric motor to collapse and re-open the mirror, it fixed itself.
My other "gripe" was that I had to get a ride to meet the carrier 40 miles from where I contracted to have the truck delivered. I had agreed to 15 miles.

I also am sorry the price went up to ship your vehicle, but as I think I explained the first quote is a bid for available truck space on transport going in that direction. As you said yours was a challenging vehicle moving to a challenging location, so some times the price can go up. In the end I am glad we were able to get it moved in your time frame. Thank you again.
