Both of our contacts with Cascade (Steve Olsen and Skylar Millen) were fantastic!
Though we were initially scared of the auto shipping industry, our first contact, Skylar, showed initiative and honesty that I hadn't seen from any other broker. He not only gave us the auto-quote, but also had done research on the prices of the last 5 cars of the same type to be shipped! The auto-quote was at $1200, but he suggested a bid around $1000, the average of what the last cars had shipped for. That was really impressive and was the main reason we chose Cascade.

When we called to place our order a few days later, we placed it with Steve, since we were told Skylar wasn't there anymore (really sad - he really was the reason we had decided on Cascade), but Steve did a very good job of working with us on the specifics of the shipping. Neither the pick-up or drop-off locations were accessible by a car carrier due to legal road restrictions, but he did a good job of very quickly finding us a carrier who could accommodate the craziness. As well, the carrier he found for us was very reliable, reasonably timely (he can't be blamed for DC area traffic) and kept in contact with us throughout the trip!

Overall, if I had to ship another car, I would use Cascade again. (Double that if Skylar was still there.)
