This is my first time of vehicle shipping in US. Although the pick-up date was a bit later than my expectation and caused a little chaos, I was totally informed by Richard before-hand. The delivery are extremely prompt (8/2 PM- 8/5 PM, from Arizona to Virginia) and my SUV stay the same as I saw it last time before being picked up. The price is reasonable for a heavy SUV ($1145) and within the range I predicted. This process is assisted by Richard Stelloh and he kept me informed from the beginning till the end. I will recommend this company if I have any friend wants to ship vehicle.
