We transported two vehicles from AZ to IA-vehicles were picked up a day after the "window of time" but this worked out ok for us because we had someone able to meet the driver to give him the vehicles at the pickup location. The delivery of the vehicles was pretty quick after the pickup - we weren't expecting them so fast but the driver was very nice and met us at a location not too far from our home (needed to meet at a parking lot large enough to remove the other vehicles to get ours down off the top of the transporter (they were large and didn't fit anywhere else!) The price ended up being $200 more than originally quoted but still fell in line with the other quotes we received. Don Edwards was helpful and kept us informed of the pickup and delivery dates - accessible by email and telephone. Trustworthy company! We recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping and would use again if needed.
