Malia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my panicked state when transporting my vehicle last minute. She got on the phone right away with auto carriers herself after our initial conversation and got back to me immediately with my options. My car was transported coast to coast and arrived a day early. The carrier called me to update me about the transport and I received email updates from Cascade Vehicle. Overall, very happy with their service!!
