She was very patient in explaining how the brokerage service works and dealing with the many questions I had. I also had some restrictions regarding the pickup situation of my vehicle and she was able to advise me on the best way to handle these limitations.
I was pleased with the quality of Cascade's customer service as brokers. Compared to other companies I contacted, their price was good; not at the bottom, nor the top of the quotes I obtained.
