After dealing with two other companies to get my vehicle picked up. I got a call from Don and he told me he could make it happen. I told him my situation and he completely understood and put forth emence effort to make it happen. I've dubbed him the miracle worker! I asked him to be honest with me up front and just communicate so we can get my car picked up and delivered. I had already left MD and was without my car in CA for about 2 weeks. He said at the price quoted I can have it picked up within 5-10 days. (Honest statement up front) He said that if I needed it picked up sooner we will have to sweeten the pot a bit. I asked how much he told me and he said at the price I could bear he would make it happen in the next 24-48 hours. I told him if not possible let me know I was preparing to fly back home to drive it over myself. He said no need I will get it done. I got a call about 12-13 hours later telling me he had a driver locked on and the car would be picked up in 2 days. I've heard that before but never actually got an assigned driver. Couldn't believe it after all that time, nearly 22 days of dealing with other companies. I got a call the next day from my wife stating the driver was an hour from our house to pick up my car. At this point my happy meter is on overload or so I thought. Well the car was picked up and finally heading to me in California. I was quoted a estimated 10-14 days delivery. At this point I was ok with it just as long as I knew it was on its way. Well, I got a call on yesterday letting me know that the driver was 20 minutes out from my house in California with the car. Are you serious... 5 DAYS! WOW! Hats off to Chris of Kelly's Auto Transport and to Don from Cascade for truly taking care of me! Cant' express how satisfied I am with their professionalism and will to go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. As an active duty Marine of more than 18 years of service, I would like to give you guys a big OOOOHHHH RAHH!
