First I had reserved my car for an open trailer auto transport with Nationwide and my car had been sitting without being assigned a driver for 3 weeks. Every time I called Nationwide they were rude, not answering my calls, transferring my calls and one customer care literally yelled at me. Then I stumbled upon Cascade Vehicle shipping Inc and spoke to Ms. Malia. I had received many quotes from different auto transport services and had spoken to various customer representatives,but after speaking to Ms. Malia, for the first time I felt I was treated humanely. She was very honest, came straight to the point. In less than 5 minutes I was ready with a quote. It was in the average price, but this time i was pretty sure that my car would be picked up. She also explained to me what the other company was doing wrong and why my car wasn't being picked up for 3 weeks. I am glad I spoke to Ms. Malia and got things sorted out. Its nice to have people who are professional and treat you with respect and dignity. I cant thank the company enough. Would recommend them to anybody and give them a 5 star. If you want to reach them call 18665586693 and ask for Ms. Malia. Believe me you don't want a company that keeps your car waiting for weeks and not being shipped, moving in itself is a big stress. I am glad I got this stress out of my head and taken care of.
