The whole process of shipping my vehicle was quite simple with this shipping company. As long as you give the company enough time to look for a transport, the process will be easy and painless. i was initially quoted a price of $1069 when first placing my order. After a week a representative informed my that in order to meet my time frame, it would cost an additional $150. After expressing my concern, Julia, my sales representative, stated that she would deduct $50 from her own profit in order to reduce my cost. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The representative was always in contact throughout my whole order. She called after pickup and after delivery. Any questions I had concerning my shipment was addressed in a timely matter and customer service was readily available. Overall I was pretty satisfied with my order at Cascade shipping and will most likely use them again in the future if the situation arises.
