First time transporting a car, which I had purchased on ebay. Cody was first person to call, and thoroughly explained the process. Waited a couple of days to check out other companies and their reviews. Of course my phone was ringing off the hook, and my emails were coming in just as fast. Learned pretty quick what a competitive industry it is. Virtually every review I read had along with good reviews several horror stories to go with it. I could not find Care Auto on transportreviews.com, so called Cody and asked why? He explained that his was a new company, but he had worked in the industry for about 8 years. I decided to use Care Auto because I just had a good feeling about them. I was both astonished and elated when EVERYTHING went much smoother than I ever anticipated. They asked for no money upfront (not even a credit card number) until the driver was under contract to do the job. I booked on a Monday. Tuesday morning Cody called me stating the driver was ready to pick up the car that afternoon. Cody had already talked to the seller, and everything was good to go. The driver then called me within minutes, saying he would arrive the next day. True to form, he did. My house was not easily accessible for a 9 vehicle transport, so he found a lot a few blocks away and drove the car to my home. How can you beat that kind of service???

The final quote was $50 more than the initial, but I had already factored that in so it was no bid deal. I seldom write a review on anything, but this was definitely deserving. I would use Care Auto again in a heartbeat. If you need your vehicle moved in a quick, friendly, professional way, you'd better call CODY!
