This is the second time I have used Carbone. Both times everything was excellent. Cars were picked up and delivered on time, no damage. The first time I had to change my reservation and reschedule my pickup at the last minute due to illness. Maria was/is terrific - very accommodating. Driver was great both times. When he arrived this last time my car wouldn't start. He walked over a block from the transport truck (in the COLD weather) to where my car was parked with a portable booster. I had also recommended Carbone to friends of mine whose daughter was moving from NJ to Miami and they said the service was wonderful as well. I would highly, highly recommend this company.
