Wow!! I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to write one about this company. Initially my vehicle was to b picked up by another company. After waiting 3 days and having to continually calling to only find out that they hadn't scheduled anyone and didn't know when they would. I was fortunate to have been put in contact with Carbone Auto Transportation. Immediately I knew they were different. They assured me that they would contact me soon once they had arranged the truck. Within an hour they called me to let me know that they had arranged for my vehicle to be picked up that day. Every step of the way they kept me informed! Even had my vehicle delivered on Thanksgiving! What a joy doing business with an honest, dependable company!!! Glad I met them and look forward to doing business with them again!!!!
