First time I've used this company. Contacted through website rcommendations and received an immediate quote. Contact individual (James) did an immediate follow-up and confirmed my needs/dates for enclosed carrier for classic car. Worked very well with me re: dates since seller was requesting exact time frame/date for pick-up.
I also had a spare part (hood) that I wanted shipped with the car. They were able to accomodate for an additional fee which I was glad to pay. Car was picked up on the designated day and arrived a day earlier than the driver had estimated. The carrier was extremely clean and efficiient. They were very careful with my car and the additional part. Very pleased with their service and attention to detail.
Have shipped several vehicles in the past. Was not always confident with their pricing, communication and services. I would definitely utilize Car Transport Express for my future transportation needs.
