Grateful with Michael’s customer service as he helped me rebook through this company and offered discount and reasonable price. I am also grateful with Farrah’s customer service! She helped me change my original pick up location to a more easy access for drivers after not being able to find a driver to take my car due to it’s pick up location for several days and went out of her way to contact the drivers that turned down the first location and got them on board. She found me a driver for the very next day. There was a miscommunication with pick up time and date with the driver and could not get ahold of or the shipping company. Farrah went through everyone she could to get me a correct phone number for the driver and I was able to contact them. Thank you Farrah for your customer service!
