Let me start with, Carlo was persistent in the best way! He was the first I talked to about transporting my daughter's car but someone quoted me less so I booked with them. BIG MISTAKE! And Carlo knew it. He warned, "when they dont show up, give me a call back". he called the day my car was supposed to be picked up and waited a few more days to give them a chance. They never showed. So I sheepishly called him back and he took GREAT care of us. He had my transport booked that day, it was picked up friday, just 3 days later and delivered monday!! Amazing! Im grateful he didnt stop calling and apologetic that I didnt book with him to begin with. In addition to the successful transport, he answered the phone every time i called, called me with updates regarding pickup and price. His persistent communication and great attitude is what made him my first call when the first booking fell through. Thank you for not giving up on me Carlo! If I ever need a car shipped again, he will be my FIRST call!
