My shipping experience was excellent! This was my first time having a vehicle shipped, so I had many questions. My broker representative, Jen, was patient, kind, and very thorough—she walked me through what would be included in the contract, answered all my questions, and continued to follow up with me by text messages right up until the shipping date. My vehicle was transported from North Carolina to Miami, and the driver Rico was outstanding. He explained his anticipated stops along the trip and provided a clear expected time of arrival. He also contacted me when he was about two hours out, arrived right on time, and the remaining balance was easily paid through Zelle. I would definitely recommend this company and fully plan to use them again.
