I just relocated from Florida to California to begin a new job, and needed my vehicle transported in a timely manner. After an outrageous experience with another company that was unable to assign a driver for more than two weeks after I signed their contract, I needed to find another company that could do the job promptly, efficiently, and professionally. I fortunately found Car Shipper USA though an online search, spoke to Glen, and was immediately put at ease. Glen communicated professionally and responsibly from the beginning. He was able to locate the other company's and my vehicle's information on their online Board, before I gave him any more than my phone number and name. He explained the entire process, including the fact that the prior company had apparently posted my job for a higher rate than they had quoted or ever communicated to me. Glen was the only person I spoke with who did not require a deposit up front. He also explained that they call the drivers directly, as opposed to posting on the "Board". I spoke to many companies as I tried to determine which services to go with, and Glen's company definitely stands out from the others. Glen was able to find me a driver within a few hours after I decided to go with his company. He indicated that the driver would show up by Wednesday and deliver within 5-7 days after pick up. They certainly exceeded my expectations (the driver arrived on Tuesday evening, and delivered in California on Saturday afternoon that same week). I will definitely use this company again, and would recommend their services to anyone who is seeking professional, responsible, honest transportation of their vehicles.
